Recently some (mine is .MAC) providers decided to tighten up ther junk filters and now my cron emails are tagged junk. I do not even get my daily cron outputs until it bounces once.
Is there a quick fix for this on cpanel ? I dont really want to re-do anything on my server because everything works fine. .mac was good for an outside email until now...

    WHM 6.4.2
    Cpanel 6.4.2-S75
    RedHat 7.3

    error:
SMTP error from remote mailer after MAIL FROM:<me@mybox> SIZE=1365:
host smtp-mx.mac.com [17.250.248.49]: 557 4.7.1 Access denied. Cannot resolve PTR record for MY IP. See <http://www.info.apple.com/kbnum/n86362>

That document says theat this happens because of spam filters and to contact remote host sysadmin...

Actually you will have more issues with mail than that. You will need to contact who assigned you the IP and have them assign you a reverse ptr record for the ip. You will need to do this with any ip dealing with mail. If you do not many large isp's are now blocking mail that doesnt have a ptr record. One of these is even AOL.

    Thanks!
After the PTR records were set up it worked fine. I guess I just did not keep up with changing times.
