    hi people,

I'm having a verry annoying problem.I keep on receiving email about a cronjob i deleted agers ago.The crobjob itself belongs to mailscanner-mrtg.I didn't liked it so i removed it from my "/etc/crontab" file and i did a "service crond restart"

i'm on fedora core 3 and offcource i have cpanel / whm

    Code:
    0-59/5 * * * * root /usr/bin/mrtg /etc/mrtg/mailscanner-mrtg.cfg >> /dev/null

i even deleted my crontab file (after saving a copy) and reinstalled it but the emails are still there and the cron entry isn't there anymore that was deleted agers ago

    Go on, have a guess
Check whether you have a crontab entry for mrtg called /etc/cron.d/mrtg and remove it.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
