    How I can stopped this emails?

    The email is from cPanel updates. cPanel updates can be disabled in WHM, but that cron will still run, and this email will still be sent out to you.

    2 5 * * * /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp --cron
    How I can make this update every week ?
