I just finished a php script you can set up via cron that will automatically run sa-learn on each user's spam and ham report imap folders. The name of the report folders is completely configurable, you just have to make sure everyone uses the agreed upon spam report folders.
The script also empties the report folders for each users every time it runs, so stuff doesn't pile up.
