I have a Cpanel server that is locked down with FTP Server configured for TLS Encryption enabled

I however need to use a third party app once per day for 5 mins to connect non securely.

Is it possible to disable TLS FTP Encryptin via a Cron script for a time slot and then re-enable it with another Cron job ?

You could just make TLS optional .....

Then you can just choose which to use for a connection

Don't think this is an option as it needs to be enforced for PCI status
