Cron Jobs is located in the cPanel interface in the box labeled "Advanced" (at least in the X3 theme we bundle with cPanel/WHM).

Typically this feature is enabled by default. If you do not see it, check WHM -> Packages -> Feature Manager and ensure you did not disable it in any feature lists.

You have no lists at all? Not even "default" and "disabled"?

Are you a reseller or root user?

In the old X theme (note, X3 is recommended nowadays), the "Cron Jobs" icon is located between Agora Shopping Cart and Network Tools (looking left to right).

If the X3 theme is not functioning, I recommend you execute the following command via SSH:

    /scripts/upcp --force

If that does not resolve the issue, please submit a support ticket: http://tickets.cpanel.net/submit
