    Hello,

Could you try using "/usr/local/bin/php" instead of "php" for the command and let us know if that helps?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Are you able to successfully run that command when accessing the account via SSH?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

To update, it looks like incorrect paths to the PHP files were entered in the cron jobs. Updating the paths to reflect where the PHP files were stored corrected the issue.

    Thanks!
