Crons at the end of each month?

I was wondering if it's possible to go off the cPanel cron time table and set a cron to run on the 59th second of the 59th minute of the last day of the month.

Is it possible, even including month's with different ending dates like the difference between Feb and June.

Is it possible, and how do I do it?

I don't see how it can be done, but your best bet would be to run the cron on the 1st of each month at 00:00.
This way you would be off just by a second
