CSF Blocking outgoing e-mails

Hello there,

As my title says i am not able to send e-mails when CSF is enabled. When i disable it delivers instantly.
I opened up and followed all tutorials nothing seems to help.

My ports:

TCP_IN:
20,21,22,27,25,53,80,110,143,443,465,587,993,995,2077,2078,2082,2083,2086,2087,2095,2096,2222

TCP_OUT:
20,21,22,27,25,37,43,53,80,110,113,443,465,587,873,2086,2087,2089,2222,2703

UDP_IN:
20,21,53

UDP_OUT:
20,21,53,113,123,465,873,6277

What am i doing wrong? it is blocking gmail but i whitelisted gmail ip's and all other.

Hello,

Have you enabled ""exim on another port" in your WHM >> Service Configuration >> Service Manager. Please check it and enabled that port in your server firewall, Also try to add port 26 in your firewall.

Thanks for the response. I have tried this but for some reason i am still not able to "Mail all users, use webmail client send/receive mails when CSF is enabled" i have allowed ports 20,21,22,27,25,37,43,53,80,110,113,443,465.


But no result.. i have restarted all services server side and WHM.. when i disable CSF it works..

can you please help me to fix this.

Can't receive mail in RoundCube & Outlook

Hi Guys,

I really need some help with my mail server settings.

I have enabled mail exim port 26 in service manager, also allowed it for each PORT value in CSF firewall config and opened port 26, i restarted all services when enable CSF i can only mail all users but i can not use RoundCube.

When CSF enabled:
- Can't Mail / Receive.

When CSF disabled:
- Can Send / Receive in RoundCube.
- Can NOT receive in Outlook but can send.

This problem is killing me please who can help me here?

Is your csf configuration is the default as in this link?
