    Hello All,

I have installed CSF on one of my servers and when i try to start it, It throws up this error :-

I have my kernel updated to the latest !!!

    And many such lines,

I had put a ticket with cPanel techs, but since it is not related to cpanel they say, we need to ask the board members.

    Can some one assist ?

Not sure why they would send you here as this is a CSF issue/setting I would think.

On your CSF configuration page at top, select IPv6 Settings from drop menu.
At top of this settings page set IPV6= to 0, assuming its set to 1.
Now try starting firewall, does that allow it to go?

Actually, in ticket 1883550 opened about the issue, we suggested to go to CSF forum at this location rather than our forum:

    ConfigServer Scripts Forum

CSF questions are frequently asked on cPanel forum or sent to our ticket system, but CSF is not a cPanel product. The above link is the proper one for anyone reading this thread who might be considering posting questions here or submitting a ticket about that 3rd party product.
