All of our CSF messages (many of them) are being logged to the console. When we have to use the console, it's impossible because of the number of messages being logged. Also, it is flooding dmesg with firewall logs. The console and dmesg are not the place for firewall logs.

How do I configure CSF to use a seperate text file of its own and not send messages to the console and dmesg?

    Hi ee99ee,

I would recommend contacting the vendor of the 3rd party software for their advice, as they will be able to provide their expert opinion on the best way to safely alter their software.
