Umm I am having the same problem I didn't use dreamwaver just a normal text editor like notepad for my css and html. The html pages and css show fine on my computer but when I uploaded them on the site into the public_html folder I get the html pages but i cant link the css to them nor can i link the images i uploaded into images though i can vie all of these fine when i click view and i can edit them also but i cant link !! up anything. What am I doing wrong I put the /public_html/images/watever or the /public_html/css/watever ( i created a css folder)-- i cant link anything to show in my html pages -- why is that ? Help and im positive it is not a design problem because either i dont know how or i also cant link any images .

Is there some sort of issue with your cPanel account?

This is a cPanel Community Support forum, not a website CSS problems forum. ;)

Try removing "/public_html/" from your codes and use "./"

and the link you have provided shows 404 Error. Please check and I would suggest you to check this issue with your website developer/designer or you can check Web Designing forums for more help.
