I know cURL is installed because when I type curl -V it comes up with this:

    curl 7.9.8 (i386-redhat-linux-gnu) libcurl 7.9.8 (OpenSSL 0.9.7a) (ipv6 enabled)

How come ModernBill is saying it isn't installed?

You may not have php compiled with it.

In WHM click "Upgrade Apache". Then make sure you check the boxes next to CURL.

cURL is REQUIRED for TIER2 Licenses ONLY if
using the Authorize.net/PaymentPlanet or ECHO Gateways.

    FILE: path_to_modernbill/include/config/config.main.php

    $path_to_curl = "/usr/bin/"; # <-- Command Line Path to cURL

    Results:
--> ERROR: HTTPS/SSL cURL connection NOT OK.

Warning: htmlentities() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/cfrhost/public_html/bill/install_tier2/curl_test.php on line 25

There was an error with the cURL connection.
This can mean one of two things:

    1) cURL is NOT installed on your server or it was not compiled with SSL support.

    2) If it is installed, you may need to update the full cURL path in the main config after installation.

You may continue, but will need to resolve this later in order to use the integrated payment gateways mentioned above.

    Where is it located.

Mine's in /usr/bin . Did you recompile php? If you did and it's compiled with curl you can type PHP, I think and it'll work.
