cURL and cURL SSL Support are not appearing in my phpinfo.php

I updated apache via whm and /scripts/easyapche 3 times already (#7 and #6).

    What could be the problem?

    Ran /scripts/updatenow prior as well

    Presuming you are installing 4.3.11
    try to check config.log in
    /home/cpapachebuild/buildapache/php-4.3.11

See if you can find any errors there.
Long back i rememer being in a similar situation and then found pspell to be the culrpit. Never included pspell after that. So see if config.log holds any clue

Gathering header information file(s) from server(s)
    Server: CentOS-3 - Addons
    Server: CentOS-3 - Base
    Server: CentOS-3 - Extras
    Server: CentOS-3 - Updates
    Finding updated packages
    Downloading needed headers
    No actions to take
    Install Complete

Also, libjpeg-devel was not on the list.

I'm lost and frustrated on this. First time experience with such an issue like this.

By the way, I'm on Centos 3.4 x64

I also don't see the option for "force install' in install an RPM section.

I have no idea of CentOS
    rpm -qa libjpeg*

    or

    rpm -qa | grep libjpeg

    what is the output.
    I see:

    libjpeg-devel-6b-26
    libjpeg-6b-26

That error on libjpeg means that ieither it is not in config path Or the header files cannot be found due to missing libjpg-devel (though i speak of this as on rh9)

Thank you for your prompt response.

    libjpeg-6b-30
    libjpeg-devel-6b-30

Then the last two lines of error should not be therre unless it's a path issue.
    Clueless on those errors.

The only other option would be to start with the minimal options in php (the one's that are checked by default) and then include one by one at a time seeing the errors and see if that can lead to something. Yes it can be a painful learning experience.

I had this problem and we had to install curl from source rather than through rpm. That was the only way we fixed it.

Can you please post the steps? I've tried apache update, rpm, and a few other things that won't work

    Found out some stuff

libjpeg.so is found only in /usr/lib64 not /usr/lib

How do I correct the /scripts/easyapache to search there instead?
