    Hello,

When I run curl to get a secure site, I got

curl: (1) libcurl was built with SSL disabled, https: not supported!

I want to get curl working with secure site. Please let me know what should I do to enable SSL support for Curl.

    Thank you.

Why don't you just recompile curl with ssl support, seems to me as that would be the easiest thing to do.

I don't know whether cpanel take care of it or not. If something go wrong, I may not be able to get it working.

Curl w/ ssl is an option in their buildapache self extractor at layer1.cpanel.net

Make sure you go into advanced mode.
Now- this particular module will give you an insane amount of hell unless this is a RH 7.1 box or newer. At least, your chances of success are much much better on a newer system.

If you attempt this on a RH 6.2 box, just be ready to do some source reinstalls of various components to get it working.

Otherwise, you shouldn't have much trouble.
