    Hi Guys,
I searched the forums for this problem but could not find the proper solution.

One of my clients today complained that his custom 404 page is not working anymore, it used to work properly earlier...

I checked it by creating 404 page from cpanel in one of my sites but there also it did not work..

It shows 404.shtml file in the public_html with the changes I have made but it does not show the ErrorDocument code in the .htaccess file.

cpanel adds code in .htaccess file? or it works on different logic? I had read in one of the post here that, the code might not be present in httpd.conf file but which code? what are the lines I should search for?

When I tested 404 page in IE 6 and Opera 8.2, IE showed me default 404 page and in opera, it showed me blank page...

viewing 404.shtml in the brower (opera) also shows the blank page.

You guys have any idea about this problem?
