I followed these instructions and work pretty good.

have cPanel the functionality to do that but in a reseller level?

I know about the directory skeleton but I am trying to keep simple and clean the www directory to the final users while resellers can use their own branding.

Another question, I am trying to keep the logs simple and clean too

To avoid the typical 404 error, InfoPro uses the skeleton dir with all these files

There is a way to completely avoid these 404 error for favicon.ico robots.txt etc etc without adding that files into a skeleton or into the www folder of the final user?

I was reading the documentation of apache Alias AliasScript but I am not getting what I am expecting.

Hello :)

The default 404 error document for Apache can not be adjusted without root access to the server. You can still adjust this on an account-by-account basis using the .htaccess file or the following option within the account's cPanel:

"cPanel -- Advanced -- Error Pages"

This is documented here:

Error Pages

Thank you.
