    Hello,
im starting a sub company that gives free web hosting, just got mod_layout installed. I was wondering is there a way that i can put in custom entrys in the httpd.conf

    here is an example

When the reseller Foo makes an account, it will auto insert my entrys in the httpd.conf with the other ones of that account

Yes, you can edit httpd.conf 'til your hearts content.

As a tip, you can put an Include directive in httpd.conf

    Example:

    Include /etc/httpd/conf/custommods.conf

Then, make all custom entries to the file specified in the Include directive (in this case, custommods.conf).

This way, you can easily debug/review custom entries without having to read through all of the httpd.conf file AND, should an update or other WHM function happen to restore apache to a "standard" state, you have to just pop that one line back in, restart, and your cooking with gas:)

Of course, you probably already know that you have to restart apache every time you modify it (or your Include file)!
