Hi,

Icons for items placed on server no longer are seen.
Icons are for:
R1Soft
Softaculous
restore manager

Basically any icon has been removed.

system info:
WHM 11.30.5 (build 6)
CLOUDLINUX 5.7 x86_64 standard on server

I have tried to rebuild the spirits, yet the problem persist.
I have forced update for WHM,yet the problem persist.

Not sure what to do next.

Thanks
Frank

Can you disable these features via Feature Manager in WHM?
Tried to disable via WHM. I check the box "Turn Softaculous Off" and save the settings. Once i exit out and come back into that area the box is no longer checked.

R1Soft and Restore Manger require the items to be uninstalled to disable.

I am wondering if this is a bigger problem since the MYSQL databases quota reflects twice the amount of what is placed in the WHM package for any give account and or package.

Example being Package allows 5 databases. The clients cPanel shows 10 database in the SQL Databases, as in 1/10 being used when it should read 1/5.

Thanks
Frank

Hi,

using the theme x3 the icons do not show. The using this theme x3_obck they all show up. I have been running cPanel for about 6 years and have never seen this x3_obck theme. When did this theme come out?

Thanks
Frank

Hello Frank,

cPanel does not provide any theme called x3_obck one, so this would have to be a custom theme created.

Additionally, the database issue would be unrelated as double the databases show up when you have PostgreSQL installed, since you would then have 5 MySQL and 5 PostgreSQL databases available. This is why you would show double the number in cPanel. We have a case about breaking apart the display to show MySQL and PostgreSQL separately (case 50769) that is fixed in cPanel 11.31.4.4 and higher.
