Custom include applying to all virtualhosts

Hi,

I am looking for a convenient way to include some custom Apache RewriteRules to all (existing and newly created) virtualhosts.

In stead of including the rules in /usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2/ for every account, I'd rather have a single location to manage the rules which apply to all virtualhosts.

What's the cPanel way of doing this (e.g. being compatible with /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf)?
