Custom Message on Webmail Select Screen

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to display a custom message on the webmail selection screen after someone logs in. I'm currently using the default x3 theme. What's the file location for this so I can edit it and put up a message.

Edit: I seem to have found it @ /usr/local/cpanel/base/webmail/x3/index.html

I understand that it may be overwritten during an Cpanel update. I don't need a permanent message right now but just something for about 7 days.

This would be a great feature request as well. A way to add a message on this screen from the customer WHM login.
