Custom Name Servers

I have just had my registrar register ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com. Now in my Server, do I have to set something up to make those work for my clients to point thier DNS to ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com??

I also have these registered as nameservers in my WHM:

207.44.204.168 NS7.GIRL4HOST.COM
207.44.204.170 NS8.GIRL4HOST.COM
207.44.204.190 NS4.GIRL4HOST.COM

I do not know where these came from. i have just begun with cpanel and found these by browsing around.

Any help is appreciated!
