I thought I did this right, but the nameservers won't work. I'm trying to create custom nameservers for a reseller of mine, but his registrar says they're not registered.

    1)- I registered the nameservers/IP's on the domain (thehosthut.org)
2)- I added both of the nameservers and their ip's to the servers' DNS records, and added them to his account.

    They are:

    ns1.thehosthut.org
    ns2.thehosthut.org

But, they will not work. :(

    hi,
have you corrected them in reseller--center---> edit reseller priv.... for this reseller.

I think they are pointing to your Server
    Code:
    http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?name=ns1.thehosthut.org&type=A
, however it can take 48 hours or more to fully propogate and that can be a reason you are not able to see them work.

    See ya,
    mohit
