    Hello

There are HUNDREDS of pots related to having a custom php.ini for a particular domain.

They are all different: some talk about http.conf, some about suPHP, htaccess or cgi-bin

the only thing they have in common is that NONE of them works for me.

3 hours later I cannot do it. I am starting to believe i am a complete useless peace of crap.

    Can someone help me, please?

    I have

    WHM 11.34.0 (build 11)
    Apache 2.2.23
    php 5.3.19
    mod_sec
    suPHP

    Thanks!!

Check if suphp is enabled on the server with command below.

If suphp is compiled & enabled on the server, use steps below.

copy server's php.ini under the accounts root directory. ie /home/cPanel-username
Now, open .htaccess and add code below.

Doing this, the php.ini will be applied for sub directories as well.

Glad to know that it worked. Set the ownership to root for php.ini under the root directory. Users will not be able to edit the custom php.ini ;-)
