Custom RBL to specific accounts / domains

As the title says, is it possible to assign a custom rbl not to the whole server from WHM
but only to specific domains / users somehow ?

except if I can do the exact opposite, exclude x domains and just leave the rest of them using a custom RBL. I can live with that :D same thing more trouble

Add the domains to be excluded to /etc/skiprbldomains

Bottom line - this has made it into the Release version.
