I'm using lots of custom SpamAssassin rules, which are under /etc/mail/spamassassin/ in several .cf files. When i run "spamassassin --lint -D" it properly loads them all and doesn't report any errors.

Unfortunately, THEY ARE NOT USED! not for incoming emails (works fine when run by hand on commandline)

I see emails that come through with SA score 0, when in fact some of those rules should have hit the email and given it a score of 100.

If i copy/paste the email into a text file and manually run "spamassassin < email.txt" then SA uses all the rules and returns a score of over 100 for that email.

Still, those emails come through and the custom rules seem to be ignored. Why?
