    Hi

I have a custom suspension page designed and stored in mydomain.com/suspended.page

Now when I used to suspend an account it used to show this page. But I think since I had the PTR record updated for the server the suspended accounts are directed to host.mydomain.com/suspend.page and shows the default cPanel suspension page.

How do I direct the suspended accounts back to mydomain.com/suspended.page?

Sounds like you suspended the account while logged in as root. Login as the reseller that owns the account you're suspending and owns the mydomain.com/suspended.page That should do it.

As a last resort you can edit the .htaccess in the suspended domain's public_html folder and set the redirect to go anywhere you want.
