Custom VHost Help

Hi Guys,

New to this forum and could use some help. I offer IRC and Shell hosting VIA a cPanel Server. I have a shell customer that would like a custom vHost for his psybnc. I have no clue on how to get that started and my IRC guy is currently out of town. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
