I wish to add env=!nolog to the end of

CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/mydomain.com combined

in httpd.conf. However if I run:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/build_apache_conf

My change goes away. How do I make this change withstand the httpd.conf rebuild?

Thanks in advance

I recommend applying the customization to a custom virtual host template; that is, create a copy of the default virtual host template then apply modifications to the customized "local" copy. For more in-depth detail and information please reference the following documentation: Changes Contained within a VirtualHost Directive - Custom Templates < Custom Directives < Apache & cPanel/WHM
