Custom WHM Auto / Manual start - restart of mysql servers

I'd like to change the script/cron that auto restarts and the manual start within whm for mysql. I need it to start/restart on a single IP address "bind-address" any way to do this,


Also can multiple servers can be added to the auto restart list, maybe add an extra manual link in whm for a mysql restart?
