Customer E-mail Problems

    Good Afternoon,

    I'll explain this the best that I can without getting myself into a loop...

    We have a customer that has 4 e-mail accounts....

    Bob wants all incoming mail to be delivered to him as well as forwarded to Betty...

    Jill wants all incoming mail to be delivered to her as well as forwarded to Betty...

    This is done so that the Office lady knows what is going on at all times...

    So I have it set up like so...

    Bob get's mail delivered and Cpanel "forwards" a copy of his e-mail to Betty

    Jill get's mail delivered and Cpanel "forwards" a copy of her e-mail to Betty...

    Here's the kicker..

    The mail "appears" to get stuck and delivers duplicate copies... Even when I check the webmail interface, I can see that the mail is sitting in the inbox even though the mail has been delivered multiple times to the client.

    Any ideas? I am really stuck with this...
