Said lost connection to the website. I am wondering if they were visiting the site at the same time upcp was running. Would upcp shut down some services during update?

A one time page miss is not a big deal. If it was the control panel, or webmail, those definitely do get restarted during upcp.

Normally Apache does not get restarted though.

    Yeah. I know. :)

I updated cPanle to the newest release anyway, and then email them back asking them when they experinced the problem. They just gave me a general statement. Was just trying to cover all the basis.
