    Did you know Cpanel restricts your support to one [1] ticket per week? I found that distasteful considering weeks/months elapse between tickets we submit.

    I would never tell my customers some nonsense like that. They like to force you to your DC/NOC never considering that the same may have been done. Or that most of these DC/NOC's don't know everything and in some cases very little about every aspect/feature of WHM/Cpanel. Plus it is quite easy to get misinformation and with constant changes to the software we should never be told some crap like that.

    Not to mention the fact that we pay DarkOrb monthly for the right to use the software per server.

    One/week is fine with me. I've had my first server for 1 1/2 years now and have only used their support 3 or 4 times.

    I have used it maybe.... 4 times since 2001, that means I have like 110 tickets or something I can submit! weeeee!!!!!!

    Rolling tickets would be nice but they are not offering this.

    My ticket was the first ticket submitted in weeks/months and they have the audacity to offer me extended plans at additional cost . . . great customer service Dark Orb. Keep treating your customers like they can't go anywhere else and eventually they will.
