I have a customer that has about 48 sub-domains listed in there Cpanel account. Sometime between Friday night and Sunday morning, the zone file has nothing in it except the default entries.
I don't have any idea what caused this, but the Cpanel side for the customer still has all the subdomains listed in there. I tried adding another, but that is the only one added to the zone file. All the others are listed, but no entries in the zone file exist for them.
Is there a script or something I can run to repopulate the zone file with the listed subdomains for this customer? CleanDNS from the WHM didn't do it.
And a second thing too, when I went to delete the new test subdomain, it deleted it from the customer's Cpanels screen, but the entry still exists in the DNS zone file. What's up with that?
Thanks,
Chuck
