Customization when moving server

    Hello,

    I have a reseller account with WHM, if i customize cpanle (comsetic/config) if my reseller guys move me to a different servers all customizations will be gone? including apckages in WHM and cpanel customizations?, can i take a backup of my customizations to laod when my account is moved to new server?

    If you are customizing cPanel/WHM via the branding editor, you can always download your styles as a backup. However, custom styles would be included in the cPanel backup for the reseller account as those actual files reside within your reseller account's disk space allocation.

    Packages can be copied to a new server. IIRC, you may need assistance from the root user/sysadmin to migrate those.

    thank you david how about WHM. My packages are gone when they migrated and they told me they can't migrate the cosmetic part of whm.

    Agreed, they could only migrate the cosmetic portions of cPanel - not WHM.
