Customize cPanel Login

Hi,
I have authentication disabled for cPanel logins. I want to customize the login page by adding some php lines into it, but I haven't had luck.
I've tried adding it to the top of the file at: /usr/local/cpanel/base/unprotected/cpanel/login_cpaneld.html, but the PHP isn't parsed as PHP and it's shown on the source code.

How can I do this and have the PHP code to work..?

I opened a ticket with cPanel, and after much researching/investigation this isn't possible.. They passed the request to the cPanel developers, and I also opened a BugZilla ticket, but the answer wasn't good...

Maybe if many people request this function they could look into implementing something to allowing it.. (?)...
