Customize list of WHM Menu Items

This is driving me crazy:

How do I customize the list of WHM menu items?

For example, I don't want all users to have access to the transfer menu.

I know it's in here somewhere, I saw it 12 hours ago, but I've spent 2 hours looking for it now....

Solved: Customize list of WHM Menu Items

Main >> Resellers >> Reseller Center
-removed IP-

Then select:
Edit Privileges/Nameservers

Allows this change to be made.
