    With the documents on MyBrandedHost.com and the branding documents, you actually aren't modifying the x3 theme code at all, just the way it displays content (the "style"). As a result, you wont need to worry about a cPanel update erasing these changes.

    As the root (or reseller) user, login to your Branding Editor, identify the style you want to apply to all new accounts and click on "Set Default for New Accounts."
