Cyrillic alphabet in Mail Delivery Reports

Hi,

I just installed new OS with cPanel/WHM, and I see that under Mail Delivery Reports I have Cyrillic alphabet to pick a date and time is set to 24:00 instead of 12:00am/pm

I have another server, and I don't have this issue at all. Any idea how to fix this back to the regular time 12:00 am/pm ?
