With the latest builds of cPanel 11, additional languages are bundled with cPanel. We do not yet bundle a Czech language file, nor do I see one that is available via a third party on http://lang.cpanel.net/.

To translate this yourself, here's what you do:

    1. Go to WHM -> Languages -> Clone/Create a New Language. Select "English-UTF8" and click "Go" and proceed to follow the on-screen instructions to create a language file named "Czech."

    2. Go to WHM -> Languages -> Edit a Language File. Under "Select a language to edit" where it says "Language" select "Czech," "File/Theme: " should say "Root Language File" and click "Go"

    3. Click on a phrase you want to translate. When it becomes a text box, select the text that's there and replace it with your Czech translation. Repeat this for all phrases, periodically clicking "Save" at the bottom of that page.

    4. Repeat Step 2, replacing "Root Language File" with "x3" and again with "x3mail" in the drop-down then repeat step 3 for each of those screens.

In that case, you can have the system administrator for that server send you a copy of the English language files to translate and send back to him as Czech for them to upload to the server.
