DA to cpanel help

    Hello everyone,

    I've searched everywhere but can't find a solution to my problem.
    I migrated from DA to cpanel, the migration tool seems to work for most sites, but some of them end with this error message:

    Extracting Domain....Done
    Sorry, we were unable to transfer the account. Information about xxx's primary domain is either missing or corrupt. For more information, please examine /home/cpmove-xxx/cp/xxx

    Usually the BIG files have this error, but it's not a rule. I've managed to restore 3 GB accounts with no problems.

    Try making the connection from the WHM Transfer Multiple Account UI again. Then run /scripts/pkgaccount $user on the DA server. Or feel free to submit a ticket and we will be happy to see what the issue is.

    i've tried that, it doesn't work. it says
    Sorry, we were unable to transfer the account. Information about xxx's primary domain is either missing or corrupt. For more information, please examine /home/backup/cpbackup/weekly/xxx/cp/xxx Account Restore Failed... Restore failed.
