    Hi Y'all,

    Using:

    WHM 9.9.9 cPanel 9.9.9-S15
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

Last night (or more like this morning) there was no run of the daily backup on my server.
Nothing has changed, the last day of my backups are Dec 19th, at 3 till 5 AM.
But for Dec 20th, I don't have anything.
    1. Why would something like that happen?
    2. Should this occure again, what or how would I manually trigger the backup routine?

    Thanks,

    -Alon.

    To manually run backups:
    /scripts/cpbackup

AS for a reason why, look at the last line of your cron upcp email. It will tell you why it did not run backups, if backups are infact enabled in WHM.

    Go on, have a guess
I've seen this happen if you change the directory modification date on your /backups/cpbackup/daily directory (for example, by restoring an account, or creating a file within the dir) the backup will skip as it test the modification time on the dir to determine if it's already run "today".
