    Hello,

I would like to backup my cpanel account daily. What is the best way to do this? I would at least like a mysql dump of each of my databases of my 3 sites. Can I set a cron job to do this in cPanel? I would also like to tar the public_html folder, and backup any cPanel setting there are. Any help is appreciated!

Assuming you have root access, you can simply set a cronjob up at 3 different hours to run '/scripts/pkgacct <username>'. The pkgacct script will generate a full backup of your account which contains public_html, mail, mysql data as well as all other cpanel settings.
