I get this error every day from root, is it something that I should worry about?

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:

error: Ignoring httpd.rpmorig, because of .rpmorig ending

Hi ddeans,

It seems like you have configured logrotate to rotate a directory. Which contains httpd.rpmorig file. Since that file does not need to be rotated, logrotate ignore the file and send the warning to you by email. You can ignore the message or if you don't want to get the message anymore look into your logrotate configuration.

Hope it will solve your query.

Regards,

Bright

I never set up log rotation. And where would I look to find the config for log rotation?
