Daily Relay Quota? Causing Bounced Outgoing Emails

Hi

In the past few days, late in the afternoon we are getting emails bounced back with the following message.

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
host dedrelay.where.secureserver.net [64.202.xxx.xxx]:
554 m1plded01-04.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net :
DED : HBEZ1p00p1rXtMp01 : DED : You've reached your daily relay quota - 173.201.xx.xx

Our server is at GoDaddy and they do their best not to help solve any problems, so here I am.
Is there a solution in cPanel for this issue?

Hello,

You provider set the SMTP limit on hosting account for per day . You exceeded that limit that's why you get given bounce back.

Please contact to provider and tell them to increase SMTP limit for your hosting account.

Got it. Actually had a productive chat with GoDaddy and got the relay limit raised.
Thanks for the guidance.

My profile shows me as Root Admin, I am in no way qualified for that title.
Glad to find this forum, i'm sure there will be more needs in the future.
