Darkorb support

    In the month of January it seems that there was no support .
    For example I opened a ticket 4 days ago and it was ignored .

    Just to know If I am alone to have these problem with support .

    Same here. Took a week till someone replied. However, could fix the problem using the forums here, I hope.

    I got a pretty quick reply asking for some more information after submitting a ticket, but I haven't heard anything since.

    During January I did send their support and billing department a few emails. I thought all were responded to within a days time or less.

    So no complaints from me so far.

    I thought it was pretty fast

    I just sent a question to their support email addy, and it was answered in a few minutes. This is my first time here, as I just got my first server with cpanel, but so far I'm a happy camper. :)

    Just did the same thing, but to their billing dept.. got support response back same day.

    Their support must be selective... I have been waiting a few days for a response.
