    Hello,
    Is there any way to backup database in cPanel automatically?

    You can backup a MySQL database via the "Backup" option in cPanel but there are no native options available to schedule that database backup ahead of time through the cPanel interface alone. Do you have root access to the server? If so, you can ensure databases and the entire MySQL directory are backed up if you prefer:

    "WHM Home » Backup » Backup Configuration"

    Otherwise, you would have to setup an individual cron job on the cPanel account that utilizes the "mysqldump" utility to backup a single database.
