Database created without a user

Hello,

I'm using the tools of a host I'm not familiar with.

When I created the first database it did not prompt me to create a user. As a result I don't have a username to add to the config files. I also can't find the option to add a user.

I've used a variety of potential usernames attached to the account but none work. I've even deleted the database completely and tried to recreate it but still I get the same problem.

I would really appreciate some help on this as I've been working on it all day.

cPanel > MySQL Databases, scroll down to the Add New User section and add user. Down below that, select that new user, and select the Database you want to add him to.
