Database don't removed after killacct

I Have detected a small problem when I deleted and created a new account on "whm".
For example when I delete the account with a login user1 a message shows up saying that the account has been deleted correctly. But if I create a new account as login user1, the data base and traffic that existed on the old login that previously had been deleted apear again on this new account.

Do you ahve any custom pre/post scripts that are executed when terminating/creating an account?
