Database exist but not in phpmyadmin

    Please help!

    i create a database name but its not showing on the phpmyadmin and i tried to recreate my database name and logging on phpmyadmin there are no database name it prompt me.

    Please advise how can i resolve this issue.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    upgrade cpanel to current_33 and if it still does not work. reset your mysql root password.

    This is an old thread but I thought I would post since I had a similar issue.

    A co-worker had added skip-show-database to /etc/my.cnf. This will cause cpanel to show the database in cpanel, but not in phpmyadmin. Just in case something like this happens to someone else. :)
